Cetus : hanging stars
2025
steel, titanium, and sterling silver chain, glass, brass wire, asphalt
150 x 154 x 41 inches

*Detail view of Cetus showing glass orbs suspended on chains. Each orb corresponds to a star in the constellation Cetus, known historically as the sea monster. The orbs are arranged in the shape of the constellation, translated into hanging form using various types of chain. As the viewer moves through the space, their shifting perspective draws invisible lines between the orbs—creating an imaginary constellation, much like the way we connect stars in the night sky. The sculpture Corse appears in the background.
