A drawing in, with, and through a net. Inspired by a line from a letter written by a wife to her husband in 1758—“I could write to you all night long”—each word has been hand-formed in soft pewter foil and pressed into the net’s grid. The sculpture is suspended from a wire rod, and the steel chain continues downward, making a loose drawing on the floor.
